I thought today I would share the 3 cute little (3x3) cards I made at the crop I went to on Saturday. My scrapbook buddy, Dawn, had the crop and made the card kits. I changed my cards a little bit (just because that's how I am, not because Dawn's weren't adorable). We used the stamp set from the special National Papercrafting Month "Whooo's Your Valentine" kit. Invites For A Fun Dominoes Party I'm Planning!

I thought today I would share the invites I made for my son's birthday party. We are having a Dominoes Party. He loves to build with them (and anything else he can get his hands on)! I kept the invites simple since he's turning 8 and all the kids he's inviting are around the same age. I used orange ink since that is his favorite color. I am planning on using black and white paper goods (with, if I can find them) orange table clothes.The cake will be a big domino and I thought maybe having the kids make domino snacks (cookies with icing and chips). We'll have a bunch of dominoes for them to build with and if they get bored we have Domino Rally Wii game. Anyone have any other fun ideas we should try?

I usually do the quotes today to add to your quote book...but I decided to do a poem instead.

The Home I Love

Some homes are quiet, polished, neat
But one I know is far more sweet
Where tiny smudges on the wall
Tell of fingers dear and small.
Where toys are sometimes strewn about
And doors are banging in and out.
Where little children play and sing,
And laughter's often heard to ring...
The home I love is filled with noise
Of happy little girls and boys!

I thought today I would share a photo of something you could make using the "La Belle Vie" paper pack. These napkin rings would be great to make if you're having a party. Also, if you look on page 37 in the catalog there is a tip on how they made a part of the napkin rings. An easy and cute project!

To share my heart

To teach you to drive

I thought I would share this poem today because I've spent the last two weeks with my children...and will be sad to see Monday when they go back to school.
