Who Loves Hearts On Their Cards?

Sharing another card today that I made for the card swap. I used the same paper (adventure) for yesterday's card too...but they look very different (another reason I love this paper pack). I also used the new "Color Of The Year" (Bashful) when I stamped the pink color hearts in the middle of the card.

Ps. The stamp set (Happy Heart, A1192) can be found in the new Annual Catalog. I used Adventure Fundamentals (Z3351) paper to make this card (also in the catalog).

I thought I'd share another card I made for the card swap. I think of all the paper packs in the new catalog this one is my favorite. I also used the new "Color Of The Year" (Bashful) when I stamped the 2 smaller sized hearts in the right corner of the card. Which card do you like better...this card or yesterday's?

You Make My Heart Happy Card

A group of CTMH consultants (that I'm friends with) decided to do a card swap. I needed to make 5 cards. I decided to make 5 different ones with the same stamp set. I'll be posting the cards I made (make sure to check back here) so you can see how easy it is to use a stamp set but change the paper or the design even just a little to get a whole new card. Here's the 1st one.

Say Good-Bye To This Beautiful Color To Make Space For The New Color Of The Year!

Say good-bye to this beautiful color of the year...because on Tuesday it will be retired and you won't be able to get it (or sooner if everyone buys the last of the ink, re-inker, cardstock, mini album, and glitter paper in this color). CTMH will be welcoming a new color of the year (Bashful, check back next week to see it).

I just bought this color of the year (Sea Glass) so I can continue to use it...and I bought the new color too (as a consultant...one of the perks is being able to get your hands on items before everyone else...would you like to be able to do that?

Welcome Sign Made With Prickly Pear

I thought I'd share a sign I made the other day...still need to add ribbon at the top to be able to hang it. I used the Stamp Of The Month, CTMH's Prickly Pear paper, blue burlap ribbon, and some prickly pear sequin to add a bit of bling. 

After looking at the photo, I might put it in a frame instead...which way to do you think it would look better?

Check Out My New Craft Space!

I thought I'd share something I started working on this past weekend. I decided to set up a craft space in my garage area. It's a start. I still plan to have the 2 yellow/orange pictures moved. The big board is going to get covered and decorated...then put up. The stamp sets are going to get snaps removed and organized. I'm going to hang something on the other wall facing the chair. I still have organizing to work on...and I'm thinking some sort of shelving unit to hold all the boxes on the side with my paper (not all my stuff...I have my markers, ink pads, more paper, and the rest in my house in 2 cabinets). What do you think so far? Any advice or tips you want to share?
