The other card I made for her is a graduation card since she will be going into Middle School. This card I haven't given her yet but thought I'd share both cards with you now. This way if you need an idea with all the graduations coming soon you'll have it. This card was from a kit I bought from my scrapbook buddy, Dawn Heuft. She walked us through how to make the card and fixed my tassel since I couldn't make it right. I used pink since it's my daughters favorite color but if you make this card you could use the school's colors. The stamp set we used for this card is "Congrats Graduate" (A1139). This stamp set is really a cute set...if you need to make graduation cards you'll want to get this set.

Looking For A Graduation Card Idea? Or A Bithrday Card Idea?
I thought today I'd share two cards I made...both for my daughter. The first one is for her birthday that just past. Her favorite color is pink. I decided to use a few scrap pieces I had. The bottom piece of paper is from the "Chantilly" paper pack (X7163B) and I used the stamp set "Joyful Birthday" (B1419). This stamp set is one of my favorites right now. The other items are retired items.

Lauren I love the papers you combined on the birthday card - very petty!
ReplyDeleteThanks Patty! I love pink and grey combo colors. I'm not a big "pink" color girl but love it when it's with grey.:)
