Planning A Halloween Party? Need A Few Ideas? Center Piece, Banner, and Party Favors!

I thought today I'd share a few cute projects using the "Scaredy Cat" paper pack (X7185B) that the CTMH's Art Department made. The pencils are a great idea if you want to make something for your children to take in to school. These days the schools don't want parents to bring in food snacks (candy or cupcakes)...so these are great. And, I just love the cute Halloween hat too! It would make a great center piece if you are planning a Halloween party!
