I thought with Valentine's Day coming soon I'd share a few ideas...the first photo would make a really cute scrapbook layout if you take photos of your children (or even of you and your other half...or your furry kids). I could totally see it. 

The second photo isn't your traditional colors for Valentine's Day but would make a really cute gift for your children to give to their teachers...or maybe for you to give to a friend. Cute ideas aren't they?!   

Want Some Valentine's Day Gift Ideas? Post-It Notes and Candy Holder

I thought today I'd show you a few cute little gifts I made for some people that work at my children's school for Valentine's Day. The tiny heart basket (candy holder) was a fun make and take we made at a crop my scrapbook buddy Dawn Heuft had. She gave us all the pieces to put this together. Super adorable!

The other 2 items are post-it notes with cute covers (post-it notes were in the Dollar Spot in Target and I made the covers). I think they all came out cute! I just wanted a little "something" to give as a way to let them know we appreciate them.

Ps. The owl stamp set I used on one of the covers is on the retired list on my website and will be gone at the end of this month...in case you want it!

 

I'm Nuts About You ~ Valentine's Day Gift Idea ~ For The Non-Chocolate Lover!

Since today is Valentine's Day (hope it's a great day for you!) I thought I'd share a few items I made for my hubby. I wanted to decorate the can (it's cashews...he's not really a chocolate kind of guy)better but I ran out of time (plus he's a guy and will love eating what's inside...so I'm not going to sweat it). Just thought it was a cute idea so I wanted to share it.

 

Ps. I used my Cricut to cut out the tags / shapes. I used Washi tape (Z1933) on the tags (super easy to put together) and a few stamp sets (Words of Comfort C1524 / Holiday Tags D1560). I also added a little Black Shimmer Trim (Z1809) and the paper was Chantilly...which just retired.
